These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Mich Construction Services, LLC ("Company", “we”, “us”) and apply to all clients and website users ("Client", "you"). By accessing this website or hiring us for services, you agree to the following terms:

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

We provide general contracting and construction services, including but not limited to: apartment rehabs, remodeling, light repairs, plumbing, and subcontractor coordination. All services are subject to availability and scope as outlined in the approved estimate or contract.

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the current cost of labor, materials, and scope of work. Final pricing may adjust if the scope of work changes, delays occur, or new issues are uncovered.

If permits or inspections are required, we may assist in the process. However, clients are responsible for any city/state fees or penalties related to non-compliance unless otherwise arranged.

We strive to meet all deadlines. However, delays due to weather, material availability, subcontractor scheduling, or client response times may affect timelines. We will keep you informed and reschedule as needed.

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the job site, including keys, parking, and entry. Any delays due to lack of access may result in additional charges.

Payments, Warranty, Liability and Pictures.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment structure includes:

A deposit before work begins
Scheduled milestone payments
Final payment upon completion

Late payments may result in work delays and a late fee. All invoices must be paid in full before project handoff.

We offer a 1-year limited labor warranty on most services unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary and are passed on to the client.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing conditions
Client-supplied materials
Damage caused by unauthorized third-party work

Clients must notify us within 5 business days of project completion if they notice any issues.

We may photograph project progress and completed work for use in our portfolio or social media. No personal information will be shared. If you do not wish your project to be shared, please let us know in writing.
